What is Arbitration?

Legal arbitration is a method of dispute resolution that involves the use of an arbitrator to settle legal conflicts outside of the traditional court system. It is an alternative to litigation, where parties present their case before a judge and potentially a jury. In arbitration, the parties agree to submit their dispute to an impartial third party, known as the arbitrator, who acts as a private judge. This is a binding conflict resolution method that takes less time and money than traditional litigation. Our arbitrator (Jeff Ray) is impaneled with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and is currently on FIVE AAA Panels: Consumer, Commercial, Construction, Employment and International.
