This option is available for Organizations, both community and privately owned and individuals and is tailored to their needs, time constraints, and the nature of their dispute.
Communication Strategies - Creating a resolution can be challenging when multiple people are involved. We are trained in communication strategies; we strive to understand both sides of the conflict through active listening, awareness of barriers, while treating each client with dignity and respect.
Mediations In-person and Remotely - As dispute resolution professionals, we strive to be flexible to meet our client’s needs. That's why we offer our services in-person and remotely. This allows clients many options to select the platform and process that works best for their situation.
Mediation/Arbitration/Hybrid Solutions - Our training includes providing confidential voluntary, non-binding (mediation), binding (arbitration and Med-Arb), as well as services individually designed for unique situations and disputes.

Arbitration - Binding conflict resolution through Arbitration. Less time and money, a more efficient and expeditious way to resolve conflict. Our arbitrator is impaneled with the American Arbitration Association.
Non-Litigation Conflict Resolution - Before moving into a lawsuit, business and personal conflicts are often times remedied outside of court using conflict resolution techniques with a trained professional. If you would like to save the time, energy, and money that would otherwise be spend on litigation.
Restorative Justice - An approach to justice where one of the responses to a serious conflict is to organize a meeting between victim and offender, sometimes with representatives of the wider community with a goal towards rehabilitation rather than punishment.

Limited Scope Representation - Gives clients greater control over how an attorney is involved in their mediation case. This service allows clients to choose and customize the services they want and need and how they would like to have an attorney involved in their mediation.
